“Mobile is the future”, it looks convinced Gunther Dillman, Commercial Director at DMS Maschinensysteme, when he talks about the meat processing system that he designed to help small processing businesses and retail shops that are in need of a mobile processing unit from various reasons.

“I am the engineer and the constructor to some part of the machines and, with this new game, we start a new way into the future, the mobile food processing system. It presents a lot of possibilities to make a factory in the box for all types of food.

It can be applied in the bakery, cheeses and you have also the possibility to process meat. The first generation of this mobile processing system was sold on the Russian market. Three years ago we started to work on this new system with new materials, a new philosophy and new technologies”, said Gunther Dillman in an interview for EuroMeatNews at Anuga FoodTec 2018.

Build as a modular facility, the mini-plant for processing meat could be used to process and sell immediately the meat from small farms or it can be transformed into a small shop outside a retail store who is going trough a redecorate process.

The system is designed to save the energy and has installed cooling and heating systems in the walls and floor. “We have two groups of costumers. We have the end users who are constructing or modernizing a building and choose to use a mobile system to keep its operations going and we have another group, represented by the supermarkets, who can rent a system when they are making a renovation in the butchery so they don't lose the costumers. At this moment we sell in the European market and we rented systems in the German market but we expect to go global”, declared Dillman.
