One of the highlights of the stand will be the tasting area, located in the central area, offering chicken shawarma, duck shawarma, and omelets, highlighting the versatility of Brazilian animal protein and its suitability to the region's consumption habits.
In 2026, Gulfood will be held simultaneously in two exhibition centers: the Dubai World Trade Center and the Dubai Exhibition Centre, expanding the event area and the circulation of international buyers.
"Gulfood is a crucial showcase for building relationships with buyers from the Middle East and other regions. The presence of Brazilian companies, with the support of ApexBrasil, strengthens Brazil's image as a reliable supplier of animal protein, with production aligned with the highest sanitary standards and the demands of international markets", says the president of ABPA, Ricardo Santin.
This participation is part of ABPA and ApexBrasil's calendar of international actions aimed at promoting Brazilian exports of animal proteins, focusing on strategic markets and strengthening Brazil's image as a supplier of safe and high-quality food.
Host country of Gulfood, the United Arab Emirates was the main destination for Brazilian chicken meat exports in 2025. In total, the country imported 479,900 tons, a volume that exceeded the total exported in 2024 by 5.5% – generating revenue of US$ 937.2 million last year.
