ABPA welcomes MAPA's announcement on the opening of Papua New Guinea

A market with around 10 million inhabitants, Papua New Guinea is expected to demand products, especially for the manufacturing industry. Shipments are expected to start this year.

"This new opening is in addition to others recently announced in Oceania, reinforcing Brazil’s presence in the region, which has good potential to strengthen the flow of Brazilian chicken meat trade. It is another important step forward by Minister Fávaro and his team to expand Brazil’s global leadership in chicken meat",says ABPA president Ricardo Santin.
