El Pozo Alimentacion has increased its turnover by 2.2 percent during the 2024 fiscal year to €1.845 billion, driven by its commitment to innovation, branding, competitiveness, and diversification.

El Pozo Alimentacion increases its turnover by 2.2 percent in the 2024 financial year

Its average workforce is 5,234 people, and its business activity generates more than 20,000 indirect jobs.

Currently, the ELPOZO brand is the most present in the Spanish homes, and has been for nine years without interruption, according to the "Brand Footprint" ranking prepared by the consulting firm Kantar Worldpanel, the largest study of consumer brands based on actual purchases over a year.

The brand is present on five continents thanks to its focus on offering consumers healthy, tasty, easy-to-prepare, and sustainable solutions.

One of its main objectives is to become the preferred food brand and company among its main stakeholders: consumers and customers, employees, suppliers, society in general, and investors, both in Spain and abroad.

El Pozo Alimentación's strategic model is the triangle formed by Sport, Culture, and Gastronomy. In this sense, its brand ambassadors include tennis player Carlos Alcaraz, soccer player Olga Carmona (ElPozo Bienstar), and MotoGP rider Pedro Acosta, on the sports side; actor José Coronado, writer Javier Castillo (Legado Ibérico), and the musical group "Viva Suecia" (ElPozo 1954), on the cultural side; and finally, chef Samantha Vallejo-Nágera has joined the culinary side.

During the 2024 fiscal year, it launched several important products, such as the Bienestar+Plus range, which includes products with a high percentage of meat (95%) and with distinctive attributes such as high protein, 100% natural, and reduced salt. Also notable within the ElPozo King Upp brand are the Pasta Boxes, a new innovation that is revolutionizing the market with two fresh pasta offerings, complete with sauce and ingredients, that are simple and convenient to prepare, in addition to the Rolling and Salsa ranges.

The company has also set itself the challenge of being highly proactive in relevant areas such as Artificial Intelligence, cybersecurity, and the application of digital talent.
