INTERPORC has an intense week of promoting white pigs at the Alimentaria Fair

During the four days of the fair, one of the most important on the international calendar, the INTERPORC stand will become a benchmark space for the promotion of Spanish white pigs, receiving thousands of visitors, as well as national and international authorities and representatives of distributors from priority markets for the sector's exports.

The program includes several cooking demonstrations by chef Àngels Puntas; tastings of local products and ham with master ham carver Jesús García; and a culinary competition featuring students from the Barcelona Hospitality and Tourism School, a commitment to young talent linked to white-breed pork products. Visitors to the stand can also enjoy a sandwich service, further enhancing the experiential nature of the event.

Furthermore, INTERPORC's presence in the activities organized around the fair will also be very significant. Among other events, Alberto Herranz, the Interprofessional Association's Director General, will participate tomorrow in the round table discussion 'Foods of Today: The Challenge of Aligning Regulations, Economy, Innovation and Consumption', organized by the Triptolemos Foundation, and will also take part on Wednesday in an event of the Mediterranean Diet Foundation.
