JBS launches a new retail program

JBS announces to the market its newest Seara program focused on customer loyalty and quality in customer service for retail chains throughout Brazil, Rotisserie Seara. By the end of this year, the goal is to take the initiative to 300 partner stores across the country, which includes the similar structure of traditional points of sale for roasts, such as Frango Seara, and an unprecedented pork loin, already seasoned, presented as Juicy Seara.

The launch of Rotisserie Seara toke place during the APAS SHOW 2023, in São Paulo, in line with the successful programs that JBS maintains in more than 4,000 partner establishments, from medium to large, throughout the country. Through Friboi+ Seu Açougue Nota 10, Açougue Nota 10 Seara Reserva and Empório de Frios, the Company acts strategically, establishing long-term partnerships aimed at strengthening its relationship with the end consumer.

On the one hand, the JBS brands provide solutions for partner retailers to build customer loyalty, with more information on the quality and variety of beef, pork, poultry and sausages from Friboi and Seara, offering free training for their teams, support in product management and commercial strategy, including point-of-sale signage. In turn, the Company benefits from greater proximity and feedback from its consumers, becoming even closer to market demands.

"Retail is our strong ally for the strategy of advancing even further in the movement to decommodify beef, poultry and pork protein, expanding and enriching the value-added portfolio. We help our partners to grow in the long term, differentiate themselves and be more efficient, based on our proposal to provide consumers with a better shopping experience", explains Gilberto Xandó, CEO of JBS Brasil.

The first program developed to provide experience at the time of purchase was Friboi+ Seu Açougue Nota 10, in 2001. The initiative is currently present in more than 2,500 establishments across the country. The program features selected meats from the Friboi Reserva line, which is sold exclusively in Friboi+ stores, in addition to a standard of service and care, better brand exposure, support in management and improvement in the storekeeper's profitability, with indication of supply of cuts selected products and on-site training at points of sale.

As a result, the program registers a reduction of at least 50% in breakages (waste of products), in addition to better margins and consumer loyalty. Over 25,000 professionals from partner butcher shops are constantly trained by Friboi+'s team of technical consultants.

The Açougue Nota 10 Reserva Seara was created in 2018 to bring more knowledge and value-added pork products to the final consumer. Today there are around 1,200 establishments across the country, with Seara's standard in pork display with high quality criteria and innovation in offering a mix of cuts and portions and added products.
