Mexico increases production of pig meat
Mexico has increased its production of pig meat for the first two months of the year, according to official data released by the Ministry of Agriculture. 5,000 tonnes of pork (+2%) have been added in January and February this year, an increase that keeps pace with the results observed in 2021.
