In addition to an authentic Würstelstand featuring the original Radatz Käsekrainer - Austria’s most popular sausage – Radatz will showcase the wide variety of products that reflect the art of classic Viennese butchery, where traditional recipes meet innovative ideas.

Radatz Feine Wiener Fleischwaren, led by Dr. Franz Radatz in the second generation, is one of Austria’s leading food producers and a market leader in processed meat products. Since its founding, the extensive product range has been defined by traditional recipes, high-quality raw materials, controlled quality, and a strong commitment to sustainability. Numerous international awards, most recently DLG Gold, confirm the company’s philosophy.

"We are proud that international demand for our quality products continues to grow each year", says Managing Director Dr. Franz Radatz. "Today, the taste of Vienna can be enjoyed not only in our Austrian stores and at Würstelstands throughout the country. As a reliable partner to our international customers in gastronomy and retail, we provide authentic Austrian sausage specialties that reflect living craftsmanship, consistent quality, and conscious regional sourcing", says CEO Dr. Franz Radatz.

Austria’s Most Beloved Sausages

No visit to Vienna is complete without a stop at a sausage stand – a true taste of local culinary culture. That’s why visitors to the Radatz booth at Anuga will be treated to samples of Austria’s classic sausages. "13 million Radatz Käsekrainer sausages are grilled and eaten each year – lined up end to end, they could stretch from Vienna to the North Cape. That makes the Käsekrainer Austria’s most popular grilled sausage and an integral part of our culinary heritage", adds Radatz.

In addition to customer favorites like the traditional Viennese leg ham, the company continues to adapt its product range based on classic recipes to meet the changing needs of modern consumers. Through its subsidiary Stastnik, Radatz develops new snack formats such as salami sticks in various flavors. At the same time, the company contributes to a more sustainable future for the food industry with innovative packaging and production solutions.
