BIO C?TINA Agricultural Cooperative calls for an open procurement for the selection of an execution body (Contractor) for a project which aims to increase the awareness and recognition of EU quality schemes – European organic logo - and to increase the competitiveness and consumption of EU agricultural products (sea buckthorn) and complementary agricultural products (hemp and ginger) in target countries Switzerland, South Korea and Singapore, for a period of 36 months. NUTS codes are: RO321 Bucure?ti; CH Schweiz/ Suisse / Svizeera; KR South Korea; RO România and SG Singapore. This project was submitted for finance on 11th of May 2021 on the frame of the CALL FOR PROPOSALS FOR SIMPLE PROGRAMMES 2021 and was declared winner on the Commission Implementing Decision of of 30th of November, 2021 regarding selection of simple programs for agricultural products promotion for 2021 applications, according to Regulation (EU) No 1144/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, by European Research Executive Agency (REA), proposal number 101046159 – 2021BIOCATINA, with a total project value of 2.153.478 EUR and a financial rate of 80%.
BIO C?TINA Agricultural Cooperative calls for an open procurement at European level for the selection of an execution body (Contractor) to be awarded a service contract for implementing information and promotion measures for “Enjoy Organic Sea Buckthorn! It’s from Europe!” campaign execution, main CPV code: 79000000 Business Services: Law, marketing, consulting, recruitment, printing and security, additional CPV codes 79340000 - Advertising and marketing services and 79950000 - Exhibition, fair and congress organisation services. Estimated total value is 1.651.894 euro without VAT.
The procurement is made according to Guidance on competitive procedure of European Commission, Directorate-General for Agriculture and Rural Development, Directorate B. Multilateral relations, quality policy, B.5. Promotion, DDG1.B5/MJ/db D(2016)3210777 and according to Regulation (EU) No 1144/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, Regulation (UE) No 2015/1829 and Regulation (UE) No 2015/1831.
The time limit for requests to participate is Monday, 24th of January 2022. Questions or clarifications concerning the present Specifications can be communicated in written until Monday, 24th of January 2022. The time limit for submission of Tenders is Tuesday, 15th of February 2022, 15:00 local time. The offers will be sent on the following address: Calea Mo?ilor, nr. 88, sc.
