Marel is presenting its poultry processing solutions for the Middle East market
Marel is ready to present the latest poultry processing solutions dedicated to the Middle East region at the 37th Saudi Agriculture exhibition.
Saudi Agriculture is the largest agriculture exhibition in the Middle East which attracts exhibitors from the Middle East, Asia, Europe and the Americas, showcasing their latest agricultural products, services and machinery. The event has been running for 37 years now. This year’s edition is expected to attract 25,000 visitors and 650 exhibitors.
" During the Saudi Agriculture exhibition, you can get acquainted with the entire range of Marel Poultry’s innovative and profitable solutions, developed to add more value to your poultry processes. We feel strongly committed to always support you in becoming more successful.
We offer advanced technologies for all kinds of processing plants, with manual, semi or fully automatic integrated processes. We’re able to cover each process stage, from live bird handling to packing, and every capacity level, from 500 to 15,000 bph", announce the company in a press release.
Highlighted at Marel's booth is Innova Food Processing Software, which can help control production, trace and monitor it in real time. It is possible to start entry-level integration of Innova software by implementing Equipment Monitoring as the first step. Data is provided by grading equipment such as SmartWeigher and IRIS and by machine sensors in the entire processing plant. This information allows Innova to analyze production and anticipate incoming orders. Eventually, further software extensions can develop to a complete Overall Equipment Effectiveness system, which indicates how to improve performance, availability and quality in order to reach full potential.
Also, a special attention is dedicated to the treatment of wastewater system Marel Aqua. "This is a very important aspect in the industry nowadays, given the environmental requirements on the one hand and the scarcity of water in some parts of the world on the other hand. Wastewater treatment helps to reduce the water footprint of food processing, so the subject definitely deserves your attention", said the company.
